Festival Lab’s Ecological Future is being launched. The aim of the competition is to invite fresh ideas and sparkling technological solutions to develop an ecological cultural center around Festival Lab’s two ruin buildings.
During the Eco-Home Conference and Show organized at the Bercel Castle between 5-8 October 2017 a workshop will be dedicated to the measuring of the existing ruin buildings. Students who might send in their ideas for the competition are welcome to visit Festival Lab and get measurements in advance.
There will be other interesting workshops to join in, such as Earthship construction (Earth brick manufacturing, mud rendering) Hemp processing, Hemp brick manufacturing, Beehive oven construction).
Construction workshops require proper organization to keep tools, building materials, and supplies accessible throughout different activities. When several tasks take place in the same space, having suitable equipment to move materials between workstations can help participants manage their work more conveniently. This is particularly useful during practical sessions involving brick manufacturing, hemp processing, and other hands-on building techniques.
For workshop environments, 3 tier trolleys can help organize smaller tools, equipment, and supplies across multiple levels, making frequently used items easier to transport and access. Keeping materials properly arranged also helps maintain clear working areas, allowing participants to focus on their construction activities without unnecessary interruptions.
Those students who would like to listen to the Conference lectures as well can apply for student tickets. See more www.ökohome.hu
